When will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within one to three days of order placement. When items are backordered, but are expected, your credit card will still be charged and the order will be shipped as soon we receive the product. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order shortly after placing the order.

When will my order ship?
Shipping is based on availability of the products ordered.  Most in stock items will ship the next business day.

What if I need my order quickly?
If you need an item earlier than 3 weeks, please note your need by date in the comments section.  We will contact you if we cannot fulfill the order or if rush shipping will be required. If your order cannot be fulfilled, your credit card will be refunded within seven days.


How do you ship my order?
We ship all our merchandise through either USPS or UPS. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Please enter correct and complete shipping addresses, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or packages left at customers' doors.



When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed. When items are backordered, but are expected, your credit card will still be charged and the order will be shipped as soon we receive the product.


How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.


What are your shipping rates?
Shipping Rates are calculated as follows:

Order Total: $0.00-$25.00 Shipping Charge: $ 5.95

Order Total: $25.01-$75.00 Shipping Charge: $ 8.95

Order Total: $75.01-$124.99 Shipping Charge: $ 10.95

Order Total: $125.00 Shipping Charge: FREE

Alaska/ Hawaii and Puerto Rico and all international shipping require additional shipping charges.  You will be contacted.

Special shipping charges may apply on heavy weight items.  Please call for additional rates on these items.


What is your cancellation policy and can I make changes to my order?
Once an order is placed it is considered final and cannot be canceled. Changes can only be made with approval from Unveiled. If we cannot fulfill an order in the time frame stated on our site, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order.


What is your return policy?
Custom items are not returnable, these items include:

personalized items including items engraved, embroidered and printed
all favors
wedding stationery
custom flower girl baskets
custom ring bearer pillows
custom guest book and pen sets
custom unity candles
custom gift card boxes
bouquet jewelry
monogram cake tops
cake jewelry

Sale items are not returnable and are considered a final sale.

If you would like to return stock items, please contact us within 5 days from receipt of your shipment. Email us at ido@unveiledbridal.com to receive a return authorization number that you will include with your returned items.  Items must then be shipped back to Unveiled Bridal within 5 days of when the return authorization is issued.

Please include the order number of your purchase, your name and the item number with a description of the product being returned.

The item being returned should be in new condition, unworn and returned in the same condition and packaging as it was sent.

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Shipping charges from Unveiled Bridal and returning to Unveiled Bridal will not be refunded.


What are your payment methods?
All payments are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No personal checks or COD’s. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us at 925.944.0132 during store hours.


Do I pay sales tax?
We will collect applicable sales tax on all orders processed with a California address. All other states are exempt from California sales tax.
